Help/Building surveys

Branding your survey

Respondents answer more honestly when a survey looks like it came from someone they recognise. Branding is on every plan; how far you can take it depends on yours.

What you can change

  • On every planYour logo, a primary colour, and a set of ready-made theme presets.
  • On Pro and aboveAccent colour, page background, custom fonts, and removing the “Powered by SurveyGenie” mark.

Brand kits

A brand kit saves a full look — logo, colours, fonts — at the account level so you can apply it to any survey in one click instead of rebuilding it each time. Available on Pro and above.

Brand kits belong to one account. If you duplicate a survey that somebody else owns, the kit link is dropped and you apply one of your own.

Tip
Check a pale accent colour before you field

Text on your accent colour flips between white and dark automatically depending on how light the accent is, so pale brand colours stay readable. It is still worth a look in Preview — that switch is the one thing most likely to look wrong with an unusual palette.
