Help/Collecting responses

Using the research panel

If you need consumers rather than your own customers or staff, you can buy completes from our panel. No subscription — you buy the sample you need, when you need it.

The basics

  • Minimum study10 completes is the practical floor. A 10-complete, two-minute study is around $30.
  • No subscriptionBuy as many or as few completes as you want, whenever you want.
  • CoverageA US consumer panel, with particular depth in women 25–40, Gen Z, and active shoppers of CPG categories.

Targeting

You can target by age, gender, region, income, household, parent status, occupation, shopping behaviour, category usage and brand affinity, and add a custom screener question of your own.

For genuinely hard-to-reach audiences — specific clinicians, homeowners with solar — that is custom recruitment, which is an Enterprise conversation rather than a self-serve one.

Note
Why respondents are paid half of what you pay

On most panels respondents receive 10–15% of what the buyer pays, which reliably attracts professional survey-takers, farms and bots. Paying 50% makes answering carefully worth someone's time.

Every panel-access dollar is itemised at checkout so you can see where it goes.

Tip
Keep panel surveys short

You are paying per complete and per minute. Cutting a grid from ten statements to six, or dropping a redundant open-text question, lowers cost and raises data quality at the same time.
