The tabs
- Results — The chart grid — one visualisation per question, plus summary statistics.
- Responses — Individual responses, one row each. Where you go to read a single person's answers end to end.
- Trend — Wave-over-wave movement, on surveys that are part of a series.
Filtering
Add a filter to narrow every chart at once — “show me what women under 35 in the West said”. Filters combine with AND, so each one you add narrows further.
Filters work on single-select, multi-select, dropdown, grid, NPS, rating and linear scale questions. Open text and dates are excluded for now, because “contains, exactly, or between?” needs an interface of its own rather than a guess.
Clear all returns you to the unfiltered view.
Charts leave out responses flagged as speeders, straight-liners, duplicates or attention-check failures. A toggle includes them, which is worth clicking once to see whether they change the picture materially.
Looped answers
Answers from a looped question arrive tagged with the item they refer to, so a follow-up about pay is distinguishable from a follow-up about recognition without any manual coding on your side.
On surveys with anonymity switched on, filtering down to a group below the minimum size suppresses the charts and open text rather than rendering them. That is deliberate — at that size the results identify individuals.
